Installation Guide

Single Player Installation Also applies to NVE, QuantV, or any legacy mod

1. Download and install ScriptHookV and ScriptHookV.NET by extracting the files into your GTA V directory.
2. Open OpenIV → Tools > ASI Manager, then install:
   • ASI Loader
   • OpenIV.asi
   • OpenCamera (optional)
3. Run the Lively World Expansion .oiv package using OpenIV and choose the Mods folder when prompted.
4. Launch the game.

FiveM Client Side

1. Search FiveM in the Start Menu, right-click and select Open file location. Repeat this step.
2. Open the FiveM Application Data folder.
3. Create a folder named mods and place the LWE .rpf files inside.

FiveM Server Side

1. Copy and paste the All DLC folder into your server’s resources directory.
2. Open server.cfg and add:

Vanilla Enhanced

1. Ensure you have a fresh installation of GTA 5 Enhanced.
2. Extract mods and commandline.txt from LWE Enhanced for Vanilla into your GTA 5 Enhanced game directory.
3. Install ScriptHookV and OpenRPF.
4. Delete args.txt from your GTA 5 Enhanced game directory.
5. Launch the game.

NaturalVision Enhanced

1. Ensure you have a fresh installation of GTA 5 Enhanced.
2. Install NaturalVision Enhanced first.
3. Open the LWE for NaturalVision Enhanced folder and copy the onigini folder into your game directory.
4. Launch the game.

QuantV Enhanced

1. Install QuantV Enhanced first.
2. Copy the mods and commandline.txt from LWE into your GTA 5 Enhanced game directory (replace if prompted).
3. Clone GTA5_Enhanced.exe from your GTA 5 Enhanced game directory and rename the copy to GTA5.exe.
4. Install OpenIV and set your GTA 5 Enhanced directory as the target.
5. In OpenIV, navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and paste dlclist.xml from LWE.
6. Delete the args.txt file from your GTA 5 Enhanced game directory.
7. Launch the game.

ChromatiX Enhanced

1. Ensure you have a fresh installation of GTA 5 Enhanced.
2. Install ChromatiX first.
3. Navigate to LWE Enhanced for Vanilla > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks.
4. Copy all DLC files into your Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks directory.
5. Launch the game.

Performance Optimization

1. Reduce Extended Distance Scaling. This setting renders dense vegetation at far distances and can impact performance. Lowering it ensures trees and props are rendered only when they're within your visible range.
2. Consider Disabling LWE_Props. The optional LWE_Props package may cause some FPS drops (around 6%). If maximum FPS is your priority, you can temporarily avoid this package until further optimizations are made. The rest of the mod does not significantly affect performance.
3. Avoid NVIDIA PCSS shadows, as they can cause distant trees to appear without shadows.
