Installation Guide

Single Player Installation

1. Download & install ScriptHookV into your GTA V directory.
2. Download & install ScriptHookV.NET into the same directory.
3. Open OpenIV → Tools → ASI Manager, install:
   • ASI Loader
   • OpenIV.asi
   • OpenCamera (optional)
4. In OpenIV, enable Edit Mode.
5. Open the LWE .oiv files directly with OpenIV, or drag and drop them into the OpenIV window.
6. When prompted, choose the Mods folder for installation.
7. Launch the game.

FiveM Client Side

1. Search FiveM in the Start Menu.
2. Right-click → Open file location (do this twice).
3. Open FiveM Application Data.
4. Create a folder mods and place LWE .rpf files inside.

FiveM Server Side

1. Place All DLC folder in your resources directory.
2. Edit server.cfg and add:

Single Player Installation

1. Fresh install of GTA 5 Enhanced.
2. Extract files from LWE for Vanilla Enhanced into your GTA 5 Enhanced directory.
3. Install ScriptHookV and OpenRPF.
4. Delete args.txt from the directory.
5. Launch the game.

With NaturalVision Enhanced

1. Fresh install of GTA 5 Enhanced.
2. Install NaturalVision Enhanced first.
3. Open the LWE for NVE Enhanced folder.
4. Copy the onigini folder into your game directory.
5. Launch the game.

With ChromatiX

1. Fresh install of GTA 5 Enhanced.
2. Install ChromatiX first.
3. Open LWE for Vanilla Enhanced > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks.
4. Copy all DLC files into Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks.
5. Launch the game.

Performance Optimization

1. Reduce Extended Distance Scaling. This setting uses system resources to render dense vegetation at far distances, which can impact performance. Lowering extended distance scaling ensures trees are rendered only when within your visible range.
2. Consider Disabling LWE_Props. Running LWE without the optional LWE_Props package does not cause FPS drops, with an estimated performance loss of about 6%. If maximum FPS is your priority, consider temporarily avoiding LWE_Props until further optimizations are made.
